Email a Support Ticket Sending a support ticket is as easy as sending an email. This is suitable for specific website or booking engine issues not covered in the online Wiki articles. Be sure to include your website address and a detailed description of your support request. Send an email to help@aisupportdesk.com from the email address that was registered at Open Hotel. If you are not registered, sign up to use the help desk here .
Phone the Support Center For immediate issues with your booking engine that cannot be resolved using the Wiki or Support System, call the Alternate Image (Developer of Open Hotel) support office at 386-310-2001. Support hours are 9am to 5pm (EST), Monday through Friday Closed for Holidays: New Years Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Follow phone prompts for emergency after hours support.
